Refund policy

As Ligaya Apparel is an online apparel store, all sales are considered final.  

What’s your return policy?

We offer returns and exchanges, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via contact@ligayapparel.com or the contact page. We have a 14-day return policy.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong items than ordered or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us via the contact page within 14 days of purchase with detailed information about the damage and we will contact for further information and steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the contact form will not be accepted.  

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know via the contact page with detailed information within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number of the mislabeled item in the form via the contact page.

You can contact us for any return questions via the contact form. You must contact us via contact form within 14 days of receiving your item. No returns for worn or washed items.  We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

Any return and/or exchange sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back.

We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged from us.

We value customer relationships and thus try to deal with returns on a per-item basis. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Also, the following cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds Exceptions
All sales are considered final, however, should we be notified via the contact form and declare that an order is to be refunded, this will then be dealt with on a per-item basis. You must contact us via contact form within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Should we decide that you are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be contacted by us about the process.
